Runners of all skill levels โ€“ from beginners to seasoned โ€“ are welcomed to this FREE class! Meet time is 6:45 p.m. We also have an awesome “mommy/daddy and me” group: joggers highly recommended.

Yoga for Athletes

Every Wednesday @ 7:30 p.m.

Led by the amazing Amanda Paz, this class will leave you feeling energized and revitalized, yet calm and steady. Trust us โ€“ you have to feel it to believe it!

Recovery Fridays

Every Friday – All Day

TGIF – It’s a day to recover! Choose from the following therapeutic services: Theragun, RockTape, RockBlade, Cupping, Normatec Recovery Boots, Stretching, and/or Massage.
